Persyaratan Pelayanan
Pengguna Layanan menyampaikan surat permohonan pembuatan surat rekomendasi siswa secara langsung atau melalui media lainnya berupa hardcopy ataupun softcopy surat ke PTSP MAN Insan Tapanuli Selatan
Pengaduan juga dapat disampaikan secara daring melalui WhatsApp Humas atau PTSP IC (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu MAN Insan Cendekia) dengan alamat url https://ptsp.ictapsel.sch.id/pengaduan
Sistem Mekanisme dan Prosedur
Pengguna Layanan menyampaikan surat permohonan ke petugas PTSP ditujukan kepada Kepala MAN Insan Cendekia Tapanuli Selatan.
Petugas PTSP menyampaikan surat permohonan kebagian Administrasi Surat
Bagian Administrasi Surat membuat draft Surat Keterangan Rekomendasi Siswa dan entry data ke system PTSP IC
Draft Surat Keterangan Rekomendasi Siswa diserahkan ke Kepala Tata Usaha untuk ditelaah, dicek dan diparaf
Draft Surat keterangan yang sudah diparat KTU disampaikan ke Kepala Madrasah untuk di Tandatangani
Surat Keteragan Rekomendasi Siswa yang sudah ditandatangani disampaikan ke Pemohon dengan diberikan langsung atau pemohon dapat mengambil langsung ke Bagian Administrasi
Jangka Waktu Pelaksanaan
Minimal 1 hari rekomendasi disampaikan dan Maksimal 7 hari kerja sejak pengaduan diterima
